We are looking for a results-driven, highly skilled professional to drive the maturity of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process in our Surgical International Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to gain profound experience and knowledge in the implementation and adoption of state-of-the-art business planning processes as well as in cutting-edge planning systems.
What You Will Do
- Own, oversee, and drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous development of the SIOP process at the BU level.
- Collaborate closely with the Global SIOP Deployment Lead, other BU SIOP Leaders, and teams from Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing / Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of the SIOP process.
- Coach, train, and support the SIOP Team and stakeholders at BU level on process, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance SIOP maturity.
- Participate in the development of the Global SIOP Construct in close collaboration with the Global Deployment Lead.
- Contribute to the design of advanced planning capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive planning, to fully enable the SIOP process.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Demand and Supply Planning and a solid understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Management.
- Prior S&OP, SIOP, or IBP deployment experience and/or broad supply chain experience across multiple functions (PLAN, SOURCE, MAKE, DELIVER) preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (B2 or higher); German and/or Italian is a plus.
- Experience in people leadership and change management preferred.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Solid experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle, or SAP.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a global matrix environment and collaborate with Senior Leadership.
- Quick learner with persistence and a strong willingness to grow.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
- Experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems such as Kinaxis Maestro, OMP, Blue Yonder preferred.
