Fiduciary Client Relationship Manager – also suitable for career starters – 80–100% (f/m/d) in Zurich or Zug

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual for this unique role, where you will support international clients. Your tasks
  • Independent administration and coordination of Swiss holding and asset management companies
  • Support and advisory of international clients with Swiss entities as well as verbal and written communication (primarily in English) with mandate-related stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with internal accounting and tax departments and coordination of mandate processes
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (AML, CRS, FATCA)
  • Electronic recording, monitoring, and management of client data in our document management system
  • Support in internal or client-related projects
Your profile
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoyment of responsibility and a highly team- and service-oriented way of working
  • Strong quality awareness and above-average commitment
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy doing so
  • Solid basic knowledge in corporate governance, tax law and accounting in Switzerland
  • First experience in fiduciary services or accounting and ideally in international client advisory
  • Excellent written and spoken German (must have) and very good English skills
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally in fiduciary services) and ideally ongoing further education (Bachelor’s degree or professional certificate)
