Your responsibilities
- Independent administration and coordination of Swiss holding and asset management companies
- Support and advisory of international clients with Swiss entities as well as verbal and written communication (primarily in English) with mandate-related stakeholders
- Close collaboration with internal accounting and tax departments and coordination of mandate processes
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (AML, CRS, FATCA)
- Electronic recording, monitoring, and management of client data in our document management system
- Support in internal or client-related projects
What you bring
- Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoyment of responsibility and a highly team- and service-oriented way of working
- Strong quality awareness and above-average commitment
- Ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy doing so
- Solid basic knowledge in corporate governance, tax law and accounting in Switzerland
- First experience in fiduciary services or accounting and ideally in international client advisory
- Excellent written and spoken German (must have) and very good English skills
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally in fiduciary services) and ideally ongoing further education (Bachelor’s degree or professional certificate)
