Your tasks
- Establishment, administration and management of companies and entities such as trusts and foundations
- Support of the director and partner in charge in administration and management of clients’ relationships; correspond with mandate-related contacts such as lawyers, advisers or private bankers
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements (AML, CRS, FATCA)
- Manage electronic client and company data
- Collaborate in internal and client-related projects
- Support in business development
- Support in management of the group company in USA
- Development of a network with internal and external professional contacts
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent; STEP qualification
- Several years of work experience in the international trust business
- Good knowledge of common IT programs and openness to new digital solutions
- Fluent in Business English (spoken and written), German knowledge is a strong plus
- Dynamic, open-minded, and initiative personality who approaches new challenges with motivation and takes on responsibility
