Trust Officer / Mandate Head 100% (f, m, d)

Your tasks
  • Establishment, administration and management of companies and entities such as trusts and foundations
  • Support of the director and partner in charge and administration and management of clients’ relationships; correspond with mandate-related contacts such as lawyers, advisers or private bankers
  • Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements (AML, CRS, FATCA)
  • Manage electronic client and company data
  • Collaborate in internal and client-related projects
  • Support in business development
  • Support in management of the group company in USA
  • Development of a network with internal and external professional contacts
Your profile
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent; STEP qualification (TEP) or interested to complete
  • Experience in the international trust business and strong interest to work in the industry
  • Basic understanding of FATCA and CRS environment and AML
  • Dynamic, open-minded and proactive personality, who approaches new challenges with motivation and takes responsibility
  • Good knowledge of common IT programs and openness to new digital solutions
  • Fluent in Business English (spoken and written), Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese knowledge is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills towards high net worth clients
  • Solid administration experience, sound numeracy skills and a strong commercial awareness
