Your tasks
  • Carrying out the CRS, FATCA and MDR/DAC6 due diligence procedures and reporting for our international corporate and private clients
  • Monitoring of various regulatory requirements such as Beneficial Owner Register, Economic Substance Requirements or Mandatory Disclosure Rules/DAC6
  • Assisting in the technical implementation of new applications relating to regulatory requirements   
  • Performing legal research, and navigating the international regulatory landscape
  • Provision of advisory regulatory services to clients
Your profile
  • University or other higher educational degree in law, economics or related field
  • IT affinity, proven ability to develop proficiency in IT systems/tools
  • Project management experience of advantage
  • Client advisory experience of advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High sense of independence, responsibility and solution orientation
  • Fluent/business proficient in German and English (spoken and written), additional languages an asset
  • Experience in and/or interest in CRS, FATCA, MDR/DAC6 and other regulatory matters on the field of tax transparency
