• Own and develop project governance, standards, methodologies, templates and processes.
• Oversee the project portfolio, including progress, priorities, resources, costs, dependencies and risks.
• Provide clear monthly project reporting to the Executive Board to support decisions and priorities.
• Challenge and support project leaders to ensure effective planning and delivery.
• Identify and escalate key risks, dependencies, capacity constraints and delivery issues.
• Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices across the organisation.
• Lead smaller or strategic projects when required.

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced professional education in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a related field.
• Proven track record in project management, PMO or project governance, ideally in an international and technology-driven environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA are a plus.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or SAFe are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Structured, analytical and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to turn complex project information into clear insights and management decisions.
• Experience in portfolio and resource planning.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and across international, multicultural teams.
