Sales Manager LATAM

Comfone continues to expand its footprint in the LATAM region. To support this growth, Comfone is looking for a dynamic, articulate, and highly motivated Sales Manager - LATAM to drive business development and strengthen customer relationships across the region. 
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Comfone’s customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative sales. This position requires, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent interpersonal and commercial skills. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management, technical support, and operations, to deliver top-quality solutions to customers.
Your responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers by presenting Comfone’s solutions and customizing offerings to their needs 
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction 
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure business and maximize revenue 
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer onboarding 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities 
  • Represent Comfone at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads 
  • Support responses to RFI, RFQ, and RFP preparations in collaboration with internal stakeholders 
  • Report progress on sales activities, forecasts, and customer insights to the VP Sales
Your ideal profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology sector 
  • Academic degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Portuguese is a plus 
  • Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals in a competitive market 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural setting 
  • Ability to travel across the LATAM region for customer meetings and industry events
