International Roaming Manager 100% - The position and the working location are based in the US

Our Key2roam Hub customer base has been growing steadily, making us the largest Roaming Hub in the world. New technologies have been launched (4G, LTE, VoLTE, 5G, …) and we are proud to be the Roaming Hub market leader.
We are searching for an experienced International Roaming Manager to support our growing business, who wants to be part of our team in Bern, Switzerland, and who shares the goal of keeping our Key2roam Hub as the largest and best in the market!
Your Experience
In this challenging position, reporting to our Head of Hubbing Operations, you are responsible for:
- Coordinating the implementation of new Key2roam Hub members
- Coordinating and tracking the implementation of roaming connections and value-added services by means of Comfone Roaming Hub solutions in close collaboration with the involved engineering teams
- Tracking TAP/BCE transfer and IOT (Inter Operator Tariffs) charging issues in close collaboration with customers and Comfone’s Data and Financial Clearing Services
- Negotiating supplementary contracts and roaming contract amendments and additional services for Comfone Hub solutions with customers
- Providing support in the IOT (Inter Operator Tariffs) discounts negotiations
- Providing support for new roaming services and products
- Administration and maintenance of existing roaming contacts
- Promote value through customer experience
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Provide support to peers in resolving related customer queries
- Work very close with Hubbing Product Manager, Sales, Marketing, NOC, Engineering and Finance teams
Your profile
- You have a proven experience of at least 5 years as a Roaming Coordinator or Roaming Manager for Mobile Network Operator(s)
- You have a solid knowledge of IPX and Clearing services
- You have an exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- You are responsible, and resilient individual who commits to a company and customer-oriented way of thinking
- You are open minded, ready to adapt to the changing needs
- You are committed to deliver, pragmatic and solution oriented
- You have commercial negotiation skills
- You are a self-starter, with positive attitude and flexible
- Fluency in English is essential. You are highly proficient in both verbal and written communication. Other languages are a plus
- You have effective time management skills
- You consider yourself a team player, embrace internationality and have a positive demeanor
- Ability to work remotely – home-office.
- Commitment to travel to Comfone HQ in Bern, Switzerland, at least two times a year.
