Network Operation Engineer (f/m)
To start work immediately or at a later date by agreement.
Your main tasks
  • Support of our international mobile operator customers for Comfone’s IPX and roaming hub services 
  • Handling of customer inquiries for troubleshooting, service performance analysis and reporting 
  • Testing and documentation of customer services 
  • Monitoring of Comfone international networks (SS7, Diameter, GRX) and service systems (STPs, DRAs, roaming hub) 
  • On-call duty service for 24/7 emergency support
Your ideal profile
  • Good communication skills with sensibility to an international environment 
  • Technical education in telecommunications with knowledge in IP and SS7. Experience with SCCP, Diameter, GTP and DNS protocols and roaming technology is a plus 
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Other languages are a plus 
  • Team spirit and willingness to do on-call duty service 
  • Communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment
