your main tasks
  • Leading Projects related to Implementation of Comfone services and change requests to already implemented services. 
  • Organizing external (Customers, Suppliers) and internal (different departments within Comfone) communication, task distribution and control of implementation of service (change request to a service) from A to Z. 
  • Serve as a single point of contact responsible for the implementation of Comfone Services. 
  • Create design of the connectivity (diagrams) and discuss with the customer in details (Physical cross-connect, VPNs, IP Advertising, BGP metrics, SIGTRAN and Diameter parameters, DC migrations)
  • Analyze customer’s requirements and propose optimal cost/time efficient solutions to fulfill Customer’s needs. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
your ideal profile
  • High commitment and strong customer focus. 
  • Education in one of the following areas: IT, Telecom. 
  • Proactive approach and strong project management skills.
  • Telecommunication background (work experience at Mobile Operator or International Telecommunication Carrier) 
  • Knowledge about Roaming (technical, administrative, commercial parts) is a plus. 
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and oral). Extra languages (Spanish, French, Russian) is a plus.
