Clearing Specialist - 100%
To start work 1st November or at a later date by agreement.

The position and the working location are based inBern, Switzerland. 

In this challenging and interesting position, you are responsible for:
  • Supporting our existing and new customers in Europe and worldwide 
  • Coordination/communication with roaming partners and 3rd parties for clearing related topics 
  • Reconciling and resolving disputes in the clearing process 
  • Supporting the Clearing Back Office team in allocation of incoming payments 
  • Credit collection activities 
  • Monitoring operational KPIs and ensuring SLA is delivered
Your profile
  • Work experience in client management as a client support or success manager 
  • Knowledge of roaming gained through work for operator or service provider is an advantage 
  • Completed commercial vocational education/trade school or similar professional education/training and/or advanced training 
  • Finance and accounting knowledge is an advantage 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel) 
  • English proficiency in verbal and written communication 
  • Other languages are a plus, French in particular 
  • Communicative, responsible, and resilient individual with commitment 
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a working permit B or C)
