If this sounds like you, then you are the perfect fit. In our Social Media team you will discover and execute a broad range of tasks in order to contribute to the success and development of our social media channels.

Your duties
  • Take care of our customers at each contact by understanding and solving their inquiries through social media
  • Support the social media & marketing teams with various activities, such as content creation and handling of platforms in order to create more awareness about the ongoing campaigns & projects
  • Act as the customer's attorney and Salt ambassador and make sure that the delivered service is aligned with customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure the best customer experience: exceed customers expectations and create the "wow" effect.
  • Provide feedback that may lead to an improvement of processes, products and services, in order to actively increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support the creation of reports and presentations for the management board
What you bring
  • Experience or studies in social media and/or communications
  • A customer satisfaction and marketing oriented spirit
  • Strong interest in communication strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Fluent in German and French. English would be a plus.
