We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Manager to join our Software and Kits Sales team. As a Product Support Manager at Biognosys, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive world-class technical support and customer experience. You will work with researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals in the field of mass spectrometry proteomics, providing assistance, troubleshooting, trainings, and guidance on our software applications and peptide kit solutions.

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via email, phone, or on-site visits 
  • Diagnose and resolve software and application-related issues, ensuring a positive customer experience 
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Managers and support pushing the sales pipeline forward 
  • Collaborate with the Software Development and Bioinformatics teams to escalate and resolve complex issues 
  • Assist customers with installation, setup, and configuration of our software products 
  • Create and maintain support material and knowledge base articles 
  • Maintaining and manage our support-providing tool 
  • Lead customer training and education programs, including webinars, tutorials, workshops, etc. 
  • Participate in customer feedback sessions to drive product improvement 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in mass spectrometry proteomics
  • Master's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or an equivalent scientific field 
  • Strong understanding of mass spectrometry, proteomics, and data analysis 
  • Experience with Biognosys software products or similar proteomics data analysis software is a big plus 
  • Independent, responsible, and accurate working style 
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and conferences, including to the US when relevant 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service 
  • Experience with CRM and Service providing applications is a plus 
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
